Acceptance
By using bestli.org or attending a BESTLI event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend.
Tickets & cancellations
Tickets are processed through our ticketing partner (e.g., Humanitix). Refund and transfer policies are governed by that partner's terms at the point of sale, unless BESTLI publishes an event-specific policy. BESTLI reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or substitute speakers when necessary; ticket holders will be notified.
Code of conduct
BESTLI presentations are professional events. Attendees agree to treat speakers, staff, venue partners, and fellow attendees with respect. BESTLI reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the presentation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — brand assets, copy, photography, and speaker materials — is the property of BESTLI or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." BESTLI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at an event, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
