BESTLI is an event platform. We collect only what we need to invite you to BESTLI events, process ticket purchases through our partners, and communicate about future presentations. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

• Newsletter subscribers: first name, last name, email address, and the source/campaign indicating where you signed up.
• Ticket purchases: handled by our ticketing partner (e.g., Humanitix). BESTLI does not store payment information.
• Site analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics only. No individual tracking, no cross-site advertising profiles.

• To invite you to upcoming BESTLI presentations.
• To confirm and service ticket purchases.
• To improve programming, communication, and the BESTLI experience.

We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Every BESTLI email contains an unsubscribe link. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email privacy@bestli.org.

Subscriber data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to BESTLI operators on a need-to-know basis.

We may update this policy as BESTLI grows. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page, and where appropriate, communicated by email.
